Green Goodness Smoothie

Smoothies are a quick, nutritious and delicious breakfast option. Don’t be afraid to think outside the box, try using different ingredients such as spinach and avocado. This refreshing smoothie is a great way to boost your green intake.


  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1 small frozen banana
  • 20-40 grams vanilla protein powder
  • 250 ml coconut water or plain water


  • Simply place all ingredients into a blender and blend until all ingredients are liquefied
  • Serve chilled in a tall galss
