Terera's Berry Smoothie

Quick, easy and providing the perfect ratio of protein and carbs, this smoothie is the perfect post training breakfast or exhausted late night option.
Servings 1


  • 20-40 grams vanilla low carb protein powder
  • 1/4 cup blueberries frozen
  • 1/4 cup raspberries frozen
  • 1/2 banana frozen is best
  • 1 tbps. almond/peanut butter
  • 250 ml almond milk milk of your choice
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1 sprinkle of cinnamon


  • Place all ingredients into a blender
  • Bend for 1 minute or until a creamy consistency
  • Serve in a tall glass
