Apple Cider Vinaigrette

I’m sure you have heard of the many health benefits that apple cider vinegar has to offer, if not here are just 5 of my favorites plus a zesty vinaigrette to give your salads & greens a nutritional boost.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Seeded dijon mustard
  • 1 Small clove of crushed garlic
  • 1/4 tbsp Curry powder
  • 1/2 cup Fresh chives finely chopped
  • Half lemon juiced
  • 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients, except oil to a jar and shake well to combine, add the oil now and shake again.
  • Viola!
    Keeps well in the fridge for a week.
