Red Cabbage, Pomegranate and Chicken Salad

Red cabbage and pomegranates will add texture and flavour to your everyday salads. Packed with antioxidants, red coloured produce will brighten up your plate and help you glow from the inside.

  • 1/2 Cup Cooked quinoa
  • 100-180 grams Grilled chicken pieces (seasoned with your favourite herbs and spices)
  • Mixed baby lettuce leaves, washed
  • 1/4 Pomegranate deseeded
  • Shredded red cabbage Handfull
  • Sliced snow peas
  • 1/2 Cup Chickpeas
  • Olive oil, fresh lemon juice and salt and pepper to season


  • Simply place all ingredients into a bowl toss well 
  • Drizzle with lemon juice and olive oil and season with salt and pepper
