- 100-180 grams Grilled chicken pieces (seasoned with your favourite herbs and spices)
- Mixed baby lettuce leaves, washed
- 1/4 Pomegranate deseeded
- Shredded red cabbage Handfull
- Sliced snow peas
- 1/2 Cup Chickpeas
- Olive oil, fresh lemon juice and salt and pepper to season
