Mango Smoothie

This smoothie is the perfect post training option providing antioxidants, carbohydrates for energy and protein for optimal recovery. This smoothie is a delicious, quick and healthy option for those on the run.


  • 1 scoop low carb protein powder (vanilla) Bare Blends WPC recommended
  • 1 mango cheek
  • 1/2 banana frozen is best
  • 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 250 ml low sugar coconut water plain water can be used


  • Simply place all ingredients into a blender, blend until all ingredients are liquefied and serve in a tall glass.
    Tip: post training add 1/3 to 1/2 cup rolled oats and blend
