- 1 scoop low carb protein powder (vanilla) Bare Blends WPC recommended
- 1 mango cheek
- 1/2 banana frozen is best
- 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
- 250 ml low sugar coconut water plain water can be used
Simply place all ingredients into a blender, blend until all ingredients are liquefied and serve in a tall glass.Tip: post training add 1/3 to 1/2 cup rolled oats and blend
