Açai Berry Smoothie

This smoothie is sweet in taste and includes all the nutrition to fire up your day. Packed with antioxidants, natural sugars and the unique Açai flavour, this is sure to be a new breakfast favourite.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 banana frozen is best
  • 1/3 cup blueberries frozen is best
  • 250ml almond milk unsweetened
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tbsp collagen protein optional
  • 1 block frozen açai frozen blackberries may be used as a substitute
  • 1 tsp. açai powder optional if using frozen Açai. Açai powder is found in health food section of the supermarket

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in a blender
  • Blend until a smooth consistency
  • Serve chilled in a tall glass
