Cherry Smoothie Bowl

- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup frozen sour cherries
- 1 tbsp FHC (flaxseed,hemp seed and chia seed) or ground flaxseed
- 2 tbsp Bare Blends vanilla protein
- 150 ml water or unsweetened almond milk
