Cherry Smoothie Bowl

This smoothie bowl provides an alternative to a regular smoothie by adding some extra texture, taste and mouthfeel. All the goodness of the fruit and seeds provides a perfect balance between carbohydrates and healthy fats, making you feel pleasantly satisfied.

  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen sour cherries
  • 1 tbsp FHC (flaxseed,hemp seed and chia seed) or ground flaxseed
  • 2 tbsp Bare Blends vanilla protein
  • 150 ml water or unsweetened almond milk


  • Add all the ingredients into the blender, and blend for approximately 40 seconds, or until all the frozen fruit chunks are smooth.
  • Enjoy in a small bowl and top with the following options
    chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, rolled oats
