Green Smoothie Bowl
Getting some more green fruit and vegetables into the diet becomes even easier in the form of this smoothie bowl! incorporating a combination of carbohydrates, fats and protein, this deliciously creamy smoothie bowl will have you full, energised and absolutely satisfied!
- 1/2 cup Frozen mango
- 1/2 cup Frozen pineapple
- 1/2 Frozen banana
- 1/2 cup Fresh spinach leaves
- 1/2 Small Avocado (1/4 of a large avocado)
- 2 tsp Matcha powder Optional
- 150 ml Unsweetened Almond or Macadamia Milk
Add all the ingredients into your blender and blend for approximately 40 seconds, or until thick and smooth in consistencyEnjoy in a small bowl with the following toppings;-Chia seeds, 1/2 of one fresh passionfruit, pumpkin seeds, half a sliced banana, coconut flakes.
