  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp flaxseed meal
  • 4 walnut halves
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 100g high protein natural yogurt
  • 100ml kefir probiotic yogurt
  • 1 kiwi fruit
  • 1/2 cup blueberries frozen berries work well
  • 1 200ml water


  • Place oats, flaxseed meal, berries and water into a medium bowl, place in microwave for 2 - 3 minutes, stirringly occasionally to ensure all ingredients are cooked evenly
  • (oats, flaxseed meal, berries and water can be cooked in a saucepan on stovetop)
  • While to porridge is cooking, peal and slice kiwi fruit
  • Once porridge is cooked top with sliced kiwi, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, yogurt and kefir
